Regarding Velociraptors

Why do they run like they are either:

1. carryng a huge water balloon between their legs?
2. carrying the biggest pair of elephantitis infected testicles between their legs?

Were the animators on holidays that patching cycle and you gave the task to some high school students?

Those are not Velociraptors. Deinonychus or Utahraptor would be a better fit. Or as not to split hairs, just generic Raptor.
