Unfortunately every time you contact them you get put in the back of the line for support. It is best to be patient and wait, they are extremely busy this time of year however so it takes a long time.
Same problem here. I created a ticket 3 days ago and not even got the info that my ticket was received. This is no good support and might force me to return everything.
