Re-activate kids account

Hello,

My son has a kid account and Zwift is asking to pay 14.99 euro in order to activate his account. I paid 28/09/2023 but the account is still deactivate.
Finally, I read that the kids under 10 years old should not pay.
How can I get the money back and reactivate the account?
