Hello, there is a paradox in the zwift test ramp, normally the test must be calculated on the last level plus the incomplete time quota of the incomplete level, the 5 minutes preceding the test are normally made to warm up and not to be taken into account, the messages mentioned specify that the most important thing is the last 3 to 5 minutes, whereas this is false, it is enough to do the 5 minutes to the block then do the test and finish in the same level, zwift will give you a higher FTP than if you ride calmly during the 5 minute warm-up.
