Agree, my 0 min power is too high to even mention without wrecking marriages 
Shouldn’t the pen E score limit be reduced by at least 15%, now that scores can drop 15% below the power seed score, just for pre-tweak parity and not put even stronger racers in the weakest pen?
So ~255 max for E.
