Hi there, I having a racing score of around 240. I enter in D races at the moment.
Take today for example I entered in the 1110AM Atlantic Time (1610 European Time) Zwift Race Stage 5 - Category D. The ACTUAL race results in my category stated I came 29th/XX on the zwift app itself, as part of the post race information displayed. However afterwards on zwiftpower, I am placed in what looks like the C category in spot 39/42 (zwift power), 53/68 on zwift companion looking at event results (in category 330-450). I should be in the results for 210-330 racing score on zwift companion results. Also on zwift power I should be in category D results and I know something is off because there were much more than 20 riders in my group D.
In summary, the results being shown on zwift companion, zwift power do not align and do not match with my entry criteria nor the results displayed on my zwift app right after the race as its compiling the results for saving etc. Something is being done to actual race results such that they are not being displayed properly on zwiftpower or zwiftcompanion. Also alarming is the fact that they are not even showing the same wrong results, they are also different.
Please advise!

Looking at two of the screenshots from your ride in Companion App it shows you mid-race positioned 55th and 57th of 68. It’s a shame there’s no screenshot of the in-game results screen.
The results in Companion App show you finishing 53rd of 68.
On the face of it, looking at the evidence presented, the fact that 68 appears twice suggests that the results are correct, and that you raced in the pen that had 68 riders ie the 330-450 pen.
So, if that’s correct, then there isn’t a problem with the results, but now the question is … how did you end up in that pen?
Zwift ZRS races give you the option of joining your correct pen, or the pen above.
Companion app results are confusing, just like ZRS calculation.
The summary says 53/68, but there are only 58 finishers listed for your pen. 10 more racers signed up, but either never showed up to the race start pen, or didn’t finish. But your ZRS changes will be based on 68 entrants.
I can assure you I did not sign up for pen 330+, I signed up for category D, the one below it.
This is not the first time the results put me in a different category for which I signed up on.
That is why this is in the category of bug report and not “unable to select right race category”

In another post, you can see that the guy who fiinished in front of me, kicked my butt at the end, doesnt even show up on Zwiftpower.
Next time I will take pictures with my phone of the race results that come up on the zwift app right after.
For now, just assume I am incapable of selecting the right race, although I doubt all of us, guy before and behind me with FTPs in the low 200s, would realistically choose a category starting at 330???
The results did not put you in that category - you rode the whole race in that category along with the one other racer (edit: apologies, three other racers) who could have entered the lower pen.
If you wish to believe you entered the D Category so be it - but the evidence suggests otherwise.
Hi Ian, I am willing to accept I could have erred and thats why next time I will take photo evidence, in case it happens again, and then there will be no dispute.
