I went into the training section and selected the 60-90 minutes to burn then the riders choice and it said I would be on a flat route and didn’t need to worry about inclines or declined. So I thought great I will use it to do a 25 mile time trial, get my speed up to 25 mph and see how long I could stay there but as I was riding there was inclines and declines and my speed went up and down like normal. Can anyone explain why this happened and I wasn’t just on a flat road where I could hold a constant speed.
What they mean is the resistance wont change. Your speed will still change in relation to the gradient of the route.
If you pick Tempus fugit in Watopia it will be almost perfectly flat.
