The pop up on the Companion App doesn’t know that you have updated your game client. If you click on the x next to the notice it will go away.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. It appears that you’re one of our Zwift Hub trainer owners. I’m guessing that the Companion app is letting you know that the Hub firmware version 4.0.1 is available.
By updating from v 3.9, you’ll give your trainer the ability to autocalibrate any time you coast for at least 5 seconds from a speed of 15 kph / 10 mph. Here’s instructions on how to update the firmware.
