Proper training plans for dedicated cyclists

Currently, the plans are around 6 hours pr week.  For dedicted cyclists training 12 hours a week or more, the current plans are simply to light-weight!

Please give plans around 12 hours a week.  Both for Winter base training and for Spring tune-up/Vo2 max training.  Preferably both for endurance/Tri and for Road Race.
