Program has stopped Working Error Upon Finishinng Workout

Finished a 54 minute workout today (7-day trial) and almost immediately after crossing the finish line I got a “Program has encountered a problem and has stopped working” error message from WIndows.  Only option button was to close the program.  Checked my activity data and only the first 40 minutes of the workout were recorded, despite the fact that the glitch didn’t occur until after I crossed the line at 54 minutes.  Trying to decide if I should subscribe, but if these sorts of glitches are common, I guess I’ll look at other options.

Need a lot more info to assist you in resolving the issue.
