Problems with the right ZWFit Play buttons

The right controls on my ZWFit Ride haven’t worked for a few weeks now: the A, B, and Y buttons are dead. The gear shifter works, connects, and so pedaling isn’t a problem.

However, while the left controller arrows allow you to select, for example, perspective changes or screenshots, since the A and B buttons aren’t working, you can’t do anything. Not even taking budget or leaving Ride Bomb.

Everything can be done with Companion, but it’s not the same. I thought there was a problem with some update and was waiting, but it’s been several weeks now. Any advice? Thanks​:folded_hands::person_biking:

Don’t wait. Contact support ASAP so you can start a process that may end in replacement of the handlebar assembly.

Did you manage to sort this out? I’m experiencing the same issue. It started a couple of weeks ago. Y button not working for power-ups etc in-game

I haven’t solved it yet. I’m waiting for a response from support. I’ll let you know :upside_down_face:

For me the same issues. Problem started after three weeks riding on the bike.
