Problems connecting my Elite Turbo Muin

Dear Zwift, 
I have problems connecting the Zwift with my Elite Turbo Muin. It’s says “No ANT+” and when searching it can’t find either the ANT+ og my HR-band for my Garmin 1000 Edge. 
What to do?

Hi Maybritt,

Two possible issues:

  • Your ANT+ dongle is *not* USB 2.0 like we require, or

  • Garmin Express is running on your computer and preventing Zwift from seeing the ANT+ dongle

We do not use your Garmin 1000 computer at all, so it will not show:

Thanks for your reply. There is no USB 2.0 in the case with the Elite Turbo Muin SMART Misuro B+, and as I understand from Zwifts site, the speed, power, HR etc. should be connected from the Misuro B+ and not from a USB-stick. I’m wrong?

Hi Maybritt,

The USB port would be on your computer, not the trainer.

Everything needs to be connected to your computer via the ANT+ dongle because it feeds that information directly to Zwift.
