I have some trouble to connect my power/cadence (From B’twin) sensor to the Bluetooth. It doesn’t work at all on my Huawei P8 Lite 2017, I can never connect to the sensor with Zwift Mobile Link.
However, it does work with my HTC Desire 820, that I’m basically only using for Zwift now. But when I connect my speed/cadence sensor, I can’t then connect my Wahoo Ticker heartrate belt. If I unpair my sensor, I can then pair my HR monitor.
Make sure you disconnect the sensors you are using for Zwift from all apps and devices including the phone itself, bluetooth can only connect to one thing at a time.
In addition to what Paul mentioned, you may also want to make sure you’re not connecting other BLE peripherals to your mobile device. We’ve heard of mobile devices having a maximum number of BLE devices they can pair to at a time, and having other peripherals (like speakers, headphones, hearing aids, etc.) paired can prevent you from pairing more.
