Problems after subscribing

I have been using the trial successfully  and this has now finished. I have subscribed and now neither the wahoo or wahoo hr can be detected. The usb icon shows its searching but will not pick up?

We’re sorry to hear, there is pretty much no difference in software between subscribed and trial version. The problem you are experiencing sounds like Ant+ dongle problem. How far is it from the trainer and your HR monitor? Also, did you try to unplug/plug the Ant+ dongle? Or have you tried using your smartphone and bluetooth to pair all the devices?
