I bought a new smart trainer “PowerPlus” , brand from China, having connected successful and currently tried to caribrate on Zwift app in my laptop but no wrench icon. Is there any suggestion to fix the problem? My laptop installed WINDOWS 7.
Does PowerPlus have their own app or calibration tool? Using that would be recommended.
Are you connecting via bluetooth? Use Ant+ if possible, that might get you the calibration icon.
It would be good if the company provides software for caribrating but now no app for powerplus at all. I paired zwift via ant+ . The page shown below.

Some brands say there trainers don’t need calibration. If it doesn’t show up on Bluetooth either than I’d suggest either contacting the manufacturer or assuming it is accurate for life.

Did it just pop up when Zwift started searching for devices?
My PowerPlus does not seem to give out a signal for my PC to connect.
I read on their website, that their technology enables the trainer to have no need for calibrations .
