I’ve already got the white version and I thought you only got the colour way once you completed 2 stages of the breakthrough training, however is it correct that you actually get the wheels in red (not just the red colour way) for completing 2 stages?
More weight = less stars ?
Yup, you want the lightest wheels, which should have the most stars.
Zwift Insider Eric mentioned this is bug in a comment on the ZI article on the white wheels. He reckons that performance of the two will be equalised in the next update

Hearing that folks who did NOT pay for the 6560’s are still getting the red version for free after 2 workouts. Is this true?
Correct. It is not just a color addon for the white wheels, but a separate wheelset.
No idea if that was intended or that they will change that also in two weeks though.

Someone mentioned that according to the description the red ones are an older 5th generation of the wheelset and configured to be slower. They also change colour if the bike has a colour slider. I think it was never intended that they end up in the game, but someone made a mistake and they’re now given for “free” for finishing two Camp workouts. To sort of correct this they will equalize them with the 6th gen white wheelset. So get the red ones while you can!
