I was riding the 2rd stage of Tour de zwift when we had a power outage for a second. Everything shut down but when it came back it asked me if I want ro continue. I did and I finished the Innsbruck after party but it didn’t registered as completed with the Tour. Is there anything that I can do to register the ride? I don’t really want to repeat the 650 vertical. Thank you
No that’s the normal outcome. There is no proper resume feature. I keep my indoor cycling equipment on an uninterruptible power supply.
If you want credit for something you could contact support to ask for it and see what they say.
