Power meter issues no drops/mileage/elevation tracking

My power meter went crazy last week and caused my power to read 2000 watts on zwift and over 4000 watts on the bike. I resolved the issue by changing the batteries in the power meter. Ever sincethen, i havent gotten credit for my rides. It resets to the number that it was before the power meter issue.

Can anyone help? Everything works fine now. Please help.

You can get unwanted power numbers removed by writing to zwiftpower@zwift.com, but I am unsure what you mean by not getting credit for your rides. Which number gets reset? If you have the game installed on more than one device, that’s a common reason for lost progress in the game. If you have done that, pick one and remove it from all others.

How do I remove devices? I was using a samsung tablet but changed over to an ipad due to connection issues.

My miles, elevation and drops wont go up. Even though ive done a few rides. Stays at the same #.

Delete the app from whichever device you’re not using

Sounds like you are still logged into the Samsung and didn’t log out properly.

I just logged out and deleted all apps on all tablets.
My account says Watopia under review per my buddy. This is probably due to my pwer meter going wack. Now my account doesnt give me credit for anything I do.

It constantly resets back to the same amount of drops.

yeah most likely, you need to contact support@zwift.com

Thank you very much for the feedback. Ive sent the email to zwift and zwift power.

Zwift will delete but it will reset all power…at least that is what happened to me. Started fresh on a new power curve.

Thanks for letting me know. I just want to get back to riding. All my other mileage and data will not be reset right?

I do not recall anything else being affected.
