Hi,
After the last update my polar vantage v3 watch will not connect and neither will the zwift gear shifters. I have given the heart rate permission and the shifters are updated to the latest firmware, but nothing works. Please advice what to do.

Hi @Jeroen_Wigard welcome to Zwift forums.
Shuij at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs for clues.
Regarding your Zwift Play controllers - they are still using the firmware version 1.0.0. Updating to the latest version 1.3.1 should make them behave correctly. Follow the links for instructions.
Regarding your Polar Vantage 3: did you update the fimrware recently? Polar’s release note for v 4.1.5 says "live heart rate broadcasting is no longer enabled by default for any sport profile" so you may need to enable that manually for Zwift to see it?
Please let us know if those two things solve your issue?
Both things dont solve the issue. But I found out running zwift directly from my phone works, including watch and zwift play controllers (connecting to the phone). So I need to check if the pc has some bluetooth issues.
The way to check is to upload a Zwift log file to trainerdx.com
It won’t tell you if the problem was on the PC side or the device you were connecting or something in the air between the two of them, but it will tell you if disconnections happened
When PCs have Bluetooth problems, an inexpensive way to test that is to get a TP-Link UB500 adapters and disable any other Bluetooth adapter in the PC before installing it. I’ve shared the tips for this a few times but here’s one… Avanti drop outs - #26 by Paul_Southworth
