for treadmill, saving energy is not an issue, so many of them are equipped with classic bluetooth rather than BLE. and the hardware, be it PC, laptop, phone, works well with classic bluetooth. so, a little efforts of zwift on software will save a lot of troubles of owners of treadmill with classic bluetooth that would be good amount of stock. hope zwift to do so also because the alternatives, such as footpod, watch, attached treadmill sensor can not give accurate and steady reading of speed. that is really frustrating when you see slowing in zwift while you are speeding up.
