”There is no direct self-service link available to disable Personalized Recommendations from your account settings. The best approach is to continue communicating with Zwift Support through this channel, where your request can be handled appropriately by the support team.”

Hi @macnuts, I responded to your email as well, and confirming here too that you should now be opted out of the Personalized Recommendations feature the next time you log in. Sharing the same note as above: due to caching it may take a few minutes for the change to propagate from our end to your client, but should be visible after logging out and logging back in.
