Permanently cancel to correct date of birth

I want to correct my date of birth in my profile. If I permanently cancel my current membership, can I open a new membership with a new profile so I can enter a corrected date of birth?

There’s an easier solution - just contact Zwift support and ask them to correct your date of birth.

In my experience they’ll take a few days to reply, but they’ll change it for you.
