Hi folks, strange phenomenon happening when I’m on a programmed workout - the wringer to be precise. When its time to hit 415Watts I can only achieve 375W at ~115-120 rpm cadence on my highest gear ratio. When I try and up the cadence, the power dops off instead of increases. I am using a Tacx Blue twist with a wahoo blue sc. I understand that my set-up might limit the amount of power I can put out but why does it drop off as I pedal harder and faster? Any help would be appreciated.
