Yes you can run Zwift on that. The GPU will get the High profile. Do not install Zwift on the 500GB hard drive. Zwift and Windows should go on the 128GB SSD. The main concern would be price.
It looks like this PC is from Bedrock Computers, and the price is £195. That would be a waste of money. If you are a Facebook user, go to the ZPCMR group and ask for a Zwift PC. There are many people well versed in building Zwift PCs in that group who will offer a better deal and many of them are in the UK. You will also find used Zwift PCs for sale there sometimes.
