Facing the same issue. Neither credit card, not debit card is working.
THis good for nothing payment process is getting declined. Time to make friends with new App for Indian folks.

I just figured another workaround to the payment isssue.
Create a PayPal account.
Add a DEBIT card in your PayPal account
Go to the Zwift homepage
Choose PayPal to pay for the membership
Use it to pay for the membership
Voila! Bob’s your uncle!
It works!!

It unfortunately doesnt work for me. Tried Paypal and 3 different debit /credit cards.
Which bank debit card? I have already tried adding mine to paypal and it does not work

Actually the credit card worked for me now. I cancelled and re-subscribed via the card
