Good afternoon, today I received my order. Unfortunately the bike was not delivered. This is because the carrier indicates that it does not meet the guidelines. So it is in depo but DPD (the supplier) refers to Bace logistics and they say they can’t do anything and that I have to contact Zwift. You understand of course that this is very annoying and I would like to know how to proceed. Kind regards Patrick
Hi @Patrick_Vet, have you contacted Zwift Support yet? Use the chatbot on the website to get in contact, you may need to say “no this didn’t help” a few times before it lets you send an email. Then sit tight and wait, sending follow up emails will send your request to the back of the queue so refrain from doing that.
