Many of us have been having problems pairing our power based devices with zwift so i thought would there be a possibility of enabling zwift to steal data from a garmin device instead of directly from the meter.
I am not certain that Garmin devices send out Ant+ signals, I believe they only receive.
Pairing issues generally stem from either another program hijacking the ANT+ dongle, people trying to use Bluetooth versus ANT+ (yes, this happens far more often than you might think), or the ANT+ dongle not being close enough (often solved with a USB extension cable).
Garmin devices don’t re-broad cast Ant+ so this isn’t possible.
