I am using Zwift through an Apple 4k tv box. It doesn’t pick up my smart trainer through Bluetooth, so I have been using the “pair through phone” option. The Home Screen defaults to the “Bluetooth” option but is no longer allowing me to toggle to “pair through phone”. The smart trainer and iPhone are in the same network and no other device is running zwift. Any ideas?
I’ve had to restart my phone when I’ve had a problem like that. (Google Pixel)

Your phone needs to be able to see your Zwift game app (on the ATV) on your home network. Sometimes going into airplane mode and out again can help. Make sure you don’t have any Wifi Assist turned on (where it might be using mobile data sometimes if the wifi signal isn’t great). A similar problem will stop Companion showing the Game page.
Restart your home router if it’s still not working.
