Pairing samsung smart phone to surface tablet

I have just discovered my fitbit connection isnt an ANT+ so I am trying to connect via my smart phone.  The instructions only seem to be for Iphones even though Androids are mentioned at the start.  So where do I got in the smartphone app settings to bridge the Speed sensor to my surface?

Do you plan on using your Fitbit as a speed/cadence sensor? If so I don’t think it is supported.

Getting the Android app to bridge to your computer is similar to iPhone, just make sure BLE is turned on and the phone and the computer are on the same network.
