Pairing issue after update

On Wednesday 25/ Mar after the update of both Zwift and Zwift click I’ve had pairing issues and latency.

My previous set up prevented latency in workouts. This was everything on ANT+ and my Zwift click on laptop Bluetooth. Worked perfect. When not in a workout I would. See my gears in HUD. After the upgrade I had to reset my pairing I’m now on ant+ for power source and cadence. Resistance on Bluetooth from mobile.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem and have they found a fix.

I’m confused by your statement because ANT+ cannot support virtual shifting - that is not possible.

The usual fix for Bluetooth pairing problems on a PC laptop is to disable the onboard Bluetooth adapter and then install a dongle such as the TP-Link UB500. Put the dongle on a USB extension cable if necessary to move it away from other transmitters in the laptop and get good line of sight to the trainer. Put the ANT+ dongle in a drawer.
