Everything is connected via Wi-Fi on my kickr V6. Garmin heart monitor via Bluetooth. If I try to go to a course, it just shows me the scenery, but won’t do anything. If I click on the explore whatopia thing that puts me in, but just keeps me on the shoulder of the road. It says welcome start peddling. When I start peddling, my character picks up his foot but doesn’t go anywhere. Really frustrating please help
That does sound like a problem with the subscription, or logging into the game with an account different from the one used to subscribe. If you have already logged out and back in again, contact support for help.

I checked your setup, and all your devices are pairing correctly; so that’s great to see. As Paul mentioned, this kind of issue is often related to membership status, and in your case, I can confirm that your account doesn’t currently have an active Zwift membership. That’s why the game loads but doesn’t respond when you start pedaling.
