Paid for subscription with app store but zwift website still shows “Status: 25 Km (Active)”

In the app itself, once riding, there should be a “Restore Purchases” button near the bottom left.

There isn’t any restore.
Can someone from zwift fix this annoying error ?

Contact Zwift support and they should be able to fix it. The most reliable way to pay is via the Zwift website, not Apple. Most of the payment problems we see on the forum are related to paying through Apple.

Also try force-quitting the app to see if that solves the issue.
