Hello , this morning i joint the pack festival and did the 35 km, then I went further and at 60.8 km my tv / computer did not work any mor the screen was blocked and i needed to stop /end the ride, now is everything gone, and i mis the 60 km for the Rapha 500. what kan i do to get the kilometers?
You can still upload the .fit file to strava to get credit for the lost ride, but Zwift will not be able to recover the lost kms.
