Today I tried to ride with a pace partner but wanted to change some settings. So, choose partner, load world, go immediately to settings, and return to world which seems to lack a partner. I rode for a bit but saw no indication on the map or the great light tower (which, maybe, only shows when PP is visible on map – don’t know).
Anyway, Is the problem that changing settings after entering game for a PP puts one somewhere adrift of the PP on re-entering the game so maybe U-turn and look for the peleton and U-turn again would get things back on track?
Or is the ‘simple’ answer: load game > load world > go back > change settings > quit game > reload game > choose PP > load world?
