Last week i was at level 44 and it was almost complete. On Friday i did an outside ride that was enough XP to take me to the next level. The progress through the level indicator flipped back to the start, but the level stayed at 44, rather than increasing to 45. I did a regular Zwift ride today thinking it might straighten it all out, but no, still at 44. I only run Zwift on 1 device, so it’s not the multiple devices issue.
I can’t know how much outdoor cycling you did last week but last week on 23rd March your ride on Zwift showed you were on level 43. Your next ride on Zwift today you are at 44.
Any chance you have confused level 43 with 44 ?
