Organizing the forums.

I’m new here and the first thing which I notice is that the forums are quite messy.

Here are few suggestions:
* Have a “question / idea” status for suggestions / bug reports. Something like “In progress”, “Fixed”, “Rejected”, “Implemented”, etc.
* Merge “questions” with the same idea / report to avoid duplicates.
* Have more moderators who could do those merging tasks.
* Maybe more categories? More specific ones (talking about what is called “Topic” now, there are only 4).
* Sub-categories would also help.
