I’ve emailed legal@zwift.com, rejecting binding arbitration, as per the updated terms of service.
More than a week later, I am yet to receive a response. Support is also “not able to comment at this time.”
Just wondering…

You’ve emailed over the holiday period where staffing is at a minimum.
And you’ll not get a comment about it here either owing to the nature of your query.
Appologies. Was unaware Dec. 19th was a holiday…
It isn’t as well you are aware but you didn’t actually say the date you emailed.
Your snippy attitude is unwarranted. I tried to offer you some rationale behind why you’ve maybe not received a response.
My response was genuine and sincere . Lack of response within some timeframe because of holiday is, obviously, possible. Not being local, that may very well have been the reason for the delay, so, apologies.
Having said that, and reviewing my post, it is fairly easy to deduce - to within a day - my original mail’s date.

Sure will… thanks! (btw, the notification address, as mentioned in the updated “Terms of Service” is legal@zwift.com)
