Ongoing Z112 error > should I just delete my account

I have had the z112 error on the last two updates and its still not working. The first time it seemed to fix itself one day when I tried to reinstall (for the 100th time), but then with the latest update it stopped again and reverted back to z112. I have tried every fix listed and have contacted support but the general response was that I need to wait until ‘programming fix it’. I’m not sure what to make of that. I’ve been with Zwift for years but with all the current down time I’m having to use other systems … and whilst I’d like to stay with Zwift, the lack of a solution (or at least the feeling that someone is trying to solve the problem) makes me think that I should just move to another platform. If someone reads these things then please get in touch as I’m not getting much luck through other channels…
