On Your Left

Thought of a way to make the passing a little less jarring when you pass another rider going considerably slower, or stopped. There is enough room on the road to have the riders ride a distance from the right side of the road based on their absolute speed and the grade. If I am stopped, I should stop all the way on the right of the road. If I am slow pedaling, I should be riding in the right hand lane towards the curb and as I speed up, I move toward the left side of the bike lane. This way you’re unlikely to come up on a stopped rider at 30mph.

I did seem to notice that drafting the AIs was a little better after the update today, though still not easy.

how close do you need to be able to draft?
