I’ve been using the RUNN units on my treadmills for about 5-6 years now and want to share an opinion about this device for the good folks at Zwift and NPE. I use my treadmill on a regular basis and always use the Runn device with it. I’m currently on my third unit and just spent the better part of an hour hunting around my house for any kind of white paint, or whiteout, or something since the sticky tracker lines provided with the product are always useless with my tread. I recently had my walking tread replaced and so had to put new marks on it for the Runn. I don’t want to complain just about the little sticker lines but I do want to complain about the device in general and the fact that it seems to be a 1.0 beta product that never improves. Given the price of the unit… that’s a problem. I think Zwift should put some pressure on NPE to make improvements or drop it from their store and list of recommendations.
