not turn a game on notebook Asus N71J

I installed the game on my notebook:
Intel Core i3-370M, 2.4 Ghz
Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5730 (1Gb)
Memory: 4Gb
but the game does not start. Instead, it plays a melody and a black and white window.
There are familiar guys who have a notebooks weaker characteristics, but they all works fine. I’ve already tried to reinstall the drivers and the video card and set new DirektH, did not help. my email i_caf@mail.ru
