I’m dealing with the exact same problem. The transport company has the parcel but refuses to deliver it, claiming it doesn’t meet their guidelines. They’ve now sent it back to Bace Logistics/DPD, who say they can’t help at all and that I have to contact Zwift. And of course, Zwift only offers a completely useless chatbot—I can’t reach a real person or even find a phone number.
Can any one HELP?
