Not possible to change frame or wheels

Hi there,

since some month it is not possible to change my frame or wheels. Moreover it is not possible to access the drop shop. How can I fix this issue?

You can’t change wheels and frame while your avatar is moving, stop pedaling come to a complete stop then change bikes.

You have to be kidding me. Although I’m glad I learned why I haven’t been able to change these things for a year while using zwift this is a ridiculous limitation especially given that you can’t edit your profile or gear using the companion app.

It was changed because of a request by the Zwift users. People started to change bikes during races so Zwift made it that you have to stop to change your bike. this improved racing a lot.

In that case make it disabled only while you’re racing and include a clear indicator on the disabled button why it’s disabled.

You need to make sure your avatar is at a complete standstill before changing bikes.
