Not connecting to Garmin or Strava

Only half of workout logged and not connecting to Garmin or Strava. 

Hi Sara - Sorry to hear that your workout didn’t save properly.  The usual cause for this is that there was a network issue or internet drop towards the end of your ride that prevented it from saving properly.  The good news is you can find your fit file locally as described on our knowledge base.

If you find this happening to you often, we suggest opening a support ticket.  We can collect your log files and send you some troubleshooting steps based on your specific devices and issue that will prevent this from happening in the future.
