I posted This Problem 2 weeks ago. I installed the kickr core 2 few times but there are no stats Like Watt and rpms in wahoo App and also in zwift.
I tried really Everything what i read and what People reccomended me.
if i Connect my kickr new to my Phone, at the end of the Installation there is the Button „Firmware Update „. If i put him, nothing Happens. I tried there also Everything. It shows me that the kickr has the newest
Firmware but could this be the problem?
When you say ‘installed the Kickr core 2’, what do you mean by that? Are you connecting it to your phone directly in the Bluetooth settings, as you would a pair of headphones? If so, don’t do that. The trainer should be connected directly within the Zwift or Wahoo app. So be sure to check your phone’s Bluetooth settings and, if you see the trainer listed, remove it.
Have you contacted Wahoo support? If you have terminated the Zwift app, and the trainer is not paired to any other app, and you can’t do a firmware update, you should talk to Wahoo support.
