No Signal / Apple ipad

Hi there,

at First, im sorry about my english

I use Zwift on my IPad and a Tacx Flux.
It runs some time and than there is „No Signal“.
Sometimes it Connect again but than the Connection lost again ans again

I do some These Things:

• Update IPad
• Update Flux Firmware
• Switch off my other Bluetooth devices
• restart all devices☑️

What can i do to fix this Problem?

Try switching the channel on your wifi router, or use 5ghz if available. Lots of things can interfere with bluetooth, someone using a microwave, fluorescent lights, neighbors wifi, etc…
