I did updates Saturday and I thought that would fix the issue but no joy. I think I’ll try the ant plus. Was that enough to fix yours?
it did for windows but mine now works via bluetooth on android - i can test the companion app for you later if you like? that way you’ll know if it is a zwift issue or a hardware issue

sorry forgot to do this last night but tried it out this morning.
Mine didn’t change resistance using the companion app, i tried both sim mode and a workout with erg mode and neither did anything. it was just a constant level of resistance.
mine does work via bluetooth on the android version and also on windows via ant+ (just make sure you pair the FE-C version of the trainer)
not sure why the companion app doesn’t work which is a bit annoying but if you get an ant+ dongle you should be good to go!
Okay that’s great. Thanks for doing that. I have order an ant plus dongle so hopefully it should all work okay in next few days
