Like many others, I had issues with the December IOS upgrade and was unable to use Zwift. However, when I have asked Zwift for a refund for the month they have asked me to send in a log file. I’m a bit perplexed by this given it clearly affected many people. Was anyone successful in getting a refund without having to jump through hoops?
Have posted a 1-star review on the App Store and given up on chasing a refund.
