No Rapha Festive 500 jersey [Dec 2025]

Just found it at the bottom of my inventory. Unfortunately, the jersey is anything but pretty. You could even call it ugly.

I am quite new to all of this. I did the festive 500 mostly outside and all on strava. My strava is linked to zwift, but I dont see the jersey or any activies from strava

Email support. They are the only ones that can help. Preferably with screenshots of you making the 500km distance.

FYI, you won’t get a “new item” notification that the jersey is in your garage, it just shows up and will likely be at the bottom of the list. Did you check there first?

Looks like you did one outside ride. Have you set Zwift to accept outside rides? Does your Zwift Activity show this outside ride? Was email confirmation from Zwift?

Hi, same problem here. My wahoo account is connected and the outdoor rides are showing in Zwift but I don’t see the festive 500 kit in my garage.

Can you manually process it please?

I completed a Rapha event and I did not receive my jersey been checking in the garage all week and still nothing. I might not have done the full 500km but it said on completion of an event you will get the jersey. Can this be fixed please?

Did you even read any other posts in this thread?

The answer is to contact support@zwift.com

They are the only ones that can help.
No one on this thread will take action unless you have contacted Zwift support.

Just to clarify, we cannot take any action even if the folks have contacted Zwift support. We are all just end users, we can give advice but provisioning the jersey/kit has to be done by Zwift.

Do you have a screenshot of where it said that?

Jan 11 still waiting for my Rapha 500 kit.

Zwift support told me to look at this thread. Not sure why he just couldn’t fix the issue?

Did support give any indication as to why you have not been awarded the kit? Do support have any idea as to how far you have riden during the Rapha period?
I wonder whether support are unable to help if the processing of Rapha mileage doesn’t come to more than 500km and then no information, mileage wise, is added to you account.

All you can really pick up from this thread are the bits of information as to why you have not, yet, been awarded the kit:

Where any of your rides completed outside?
If so have you linked outside rides to Zwift?
Did all your indoor or outdoor rides save correctly and at full distance?

It was in the email we got

Hit your 500 km goal and unlock the exclusive 2025 Rapha Festive 500 jersey, automatically added to your Zwift garage once earned.

So not “completion of an event" then, which was what Chris was asking for evidence of.
