No power or cadence in spite of good pairing

Zwift Hub one pairs with all devices (all cencors read connected but nothing works). The problem started gradually. at first i needed some time to warm up the trainer and then the watts started to work as expected. That time went from 3minsup to 15mins in order to start the workout with power. Now it all reads zero… My best guess after trying everything i could imagine or research with the connection is that it is a hardware fault with the hub. anyone having an issue like that. i am using the trainer for 11 months now with no problems. All of this started in the last month. PLEASE HELP

It sounds like you are correct and might have a faulty trainer. You should contact support@zwift.com and start a ticket. Don’t follow up with more emails, just wait patiently for a response, or you will be put at the back of the queue.

Thank you m8. That might be it i think and hopefully it will be resolved soon. It was just demoralizing to see it going from bad to worse from one workout to the other :frowning: had a blast so far. HAPPY RIDES EVERYONE !
